a little less conversation

eeep! why are there so many things to blog about when I have so little time?

I’m going to make this short, because the library at UBC closes in less than 2 hours, meaning that that’s how much time I have to demonstrate that I know something about European integration in a 6-page paper. I know, i know. 6 pages. piece of cake, right? when you have just now started even thinking about writing, it’s not so easy. plus, in a whim of creativity, I have decided to base my whole paper around jazz. i’m not kidding you. this is one of those ‘leap of faith’ type of decisions in terms of paper-writing. i’m going to do a little dance (on the way back to my car) in hope of the fact that my prof is going to appreciate risk. because this one could go either way.

[hey, risk. that brings me to another tangent. i’m going to compartmentalize thoughts about it somewhere in my brain to write about at a later time. but it’s a funny thing, risk. made me a bit angry today, that word!]

something to leave you with: bling with bite

(if any readers want to spend $25 on me, this would be a good way.)

    Duuuuuuuude! I think my heart just fluttered.I would love, love to read your paper when you are finished. And in the spirit of risk, I applaud you for being so bold! I hope it pays off. It would be a shame for such a great idea to be truncated due to the acadmeic system.

    Jazz as an illustration of European integration=brilliant!

    You=Brilliant!
