strange fruit

HOW did this happen? HOW? I feel like pulling my hair out. What a contrast with yesterday. Today hurt.

Or perhaps… it’s not so much that it hurt. it wouldn’t leave me alone. it’s telling me to not make the same mistakes again. and again. and again. and again. and again.

and then… that phrase. that stupid phrase that plunged me into anger. anger because it hurt to be thought of in that way. it amplified the self-loathing and left me completely drained. drained. after a day of having done practically nothing. how a string of a few words can hit you!

The soundtrack:
Sea Bear – I Sing I Swim human skin can be hard to live in
Ras Kass – Interview with a Vampire The reason behind every mistake mankind continually makes.
Junior Boys – In The Morning there are so many names to choose from
Radiohead – In Rainbows (whole album)
Broken Social Scene – Her Disappearing Theme daaa dum daaa da da

    Hello, dear.

I was going to burn you a CD and give it to Andrei to give to you before he left for China, but I didn’t end up making one and figured you would be too busy with friends and China to spend time with the CD anyway.

I say this because In the Morning was one of the tracks I was going to put onto it.But since you have it…

    Download these ones instead:
Jesus Etc-Wilco (It may be on indiemuse.com, since I’ve come across other songs from the same band)
Superstar/Fighters/Hip Hop saved my life-Lupe Fiasco
The End’s Not Near-Band of Horses
    Ain’t No Reason/The Holidays are Here-Brett Dennen
Le Disko/You are the One-Shiny Toy guns

    Miss you :)
